Warranty Info

All ZipKord retractable accessories have a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturer defect. If you feel your item is defective due to a production error, please mail your product back to us and include:

• the date of your purchase
• your name, return address and e-mail address so we can contact you if we have any questions

First Class Mail in a basic envelope is usually sufficient.

ZipKord technicians will evaluate the product and determine if the defect is due to manufacture issues. After the review you will be notified by e-mail and a new product will be sent to replace your defective item if appropriate.

Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 weeks.

Please Note: ZipKord will not issue refunds.

If you purchased your product through the ZipKord website and it is in brand new condition, you may exchange your purchase within 15 days for another item, minus 10% for shipping & handling charges, if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
