We know how frustrating it can be when anything does not work the way it is supposed to. As much as we pride ourselves on offering high quality items, sometimes an item may be defective or stop working correctly due to manufacturer error. In these cases we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty and we will replace your defective item.
The only exclusion to this rule is if the item becomes defective due to outside influence from the user such as water damage, access force or heavy impact from dropping the product.
To process a return:
If you feel that your item has stopped working due to manufacturer defect please send your item to us through first class mail. Be sure that the item is sufficiently packed so that it does not incur any additional damage during shipment that may cause difficulty in the warranty review process. Be sure to include:
- First and Last Name
- Return Address
- Email Address
- Letter explaining the nature of the defect.

After the returned item has been reviewed and manufacturer defect has been determined your product will be replaced and forwarded to the return address included in your package. This process usually takes one to two weeks, but may take longer if the product needs to be obtained outside of our corporate office.
If you for any reason are not satisfied with your purchase, all brand new, unopened items purchased through the ZipKord© website will be able to be exchanged within 15 days of purchase minus 10% for shipping and handling.
